Do you have products on display?
We have an array of products on display… we welcome you anytime!
If I bring my car in for an installation can I wait?
You can wait or we would be glad to give you a ride to the Irvine Spectrum about a mile away or even home upon request and subject to availability.
Do you pick up vehicles from in/out of the area?
Depending on the type of vehicle, we offer a flat-bed tow service for exotic / high-luxury vehicles. Pick up may be available on request.
Can I order items COD?
This may be possible on a case by case basis.
Can I pay by check?
We currently do not accept checks. We have done this in the past and it has not yielded the best results for us or our customers. We gladly accept cash and all major credit cards including American Express.
What days are you open for installations?
Installations are on a first come first serve basis. For completed purchases, appointments are made and available. We do our best to get your product installed at the time of your purchase. The reasoning for this is that we never want to compromise the quality of your installation where you would need to come back for repairs. We only want to see you for new purchases and even just to say hi!
Why don't you quote prices over the phone?
We have several reasons for this policy:
- • A majority of customers make a decision that they know what fits and they know what they need. We have seen that working with the customer and observing their vehicle is always the best bet!
- • We will gladly price match or beat a price you obtain, however, be mindful that a lot of “small” shops will give you quotes for product they don’t have or it may be gray market (unauthorized) or refurbished.
- • We want to make sure that the customer does it right the first time. Often times this is not the case.
In all of these cases, we are trying to keep your best interests in mind!
